What to look for in a Juniors Soccer Program

When searching for a developmental program for your player, one of the most critical components is finding an organization with a sound philosophy for developing technical and tactical skills that are age appropriate. It is also important to find a coaching staff that has the knowledge and expertise to work with the younger player. An appropriate training program that places your player in a training environment that ensures fun and proper fundamental development is also very important.

Our Youth Program

The ALBION JUNIORS Development Program for the Junior Player is designed to give your child the opportunity to build a solid foundation in technical development in the very early years of playing and enjoying the game of soccer. The ALBION JUNIORS program serves as an introductory and advanced path for players aged 3-12. This design facilitates developmental progression recommended by the United States Soccer Federation as well as the US Youth Soccer Association. The uniqueness of our program is that we have devised an In-House, non-travel program professionally coached and organized for ages 3-14 year olds. We are committed to providing a fun, educational, and progressive experience for your youth soccer players. Not only are we committed to our youth players, but we also have a wonderful comprehensive coaching education curriculum and mentorship program specifically for ALBION Juniors.

ALBION JUNIORS, the official recreational program of ALBION SC, is recommended for all girls and boys, ages 3-12, who have the desire to play soccer in a structured, professional environment with experienced and licensed coaches. Our program is based out of Cutler Bay and services the Palmetto Bay, Pinecrest, Homestead, and South Miami-Dade County area.There are no tryouts for our ALBION JUNIORS program. Registration and the desire is all that is required.

ALBION JUNIORS U4-U6, U7-U8 and U10-U12 PROGRAMS

The vision for the ALBION Juniors program will be to have gender specific groupings within all ages.  The goal is to have separate training sessions and matches alike:

· U4 
· U5 
· U6
· U7
· U8
· U10
· U12
 

U4-U6 play 3v3
U7-U8 play 4v4
U9-U12 play 5v5

Overall, all players will be under the guidance and development of the ALBION Juniors’ Director. He will educate, mentor, and guide the Juniors coaches who take on an Albion Juniors Team for the season. Teams can be created with a mix of genders upon request, but the vision of the Juniors program is to have the separation. If there is a mixed team then that team would be placed in the boys' bracket of that age group. During the Fall, Winter and Spring seasons, the Juniors program will have two training sessions per week along with one game and in the Summer there will be two training sessions per week.
