Program Overview

The Journey Goalkeeper Camp is a specialized training program for goal keepers ages U11-U19.  Training areas include:

•  footwork

• diving

• distribution

• ball at the keeper's feet

• stand and set position

• 1 on 1 defending

• defending crosses
