GRAEME GRIFFITH, DIRECTOR OF COACHING


Coach Graeme Griffith began playing soccer in England at four years of age, and continued playing after moving to Canada at the age of nine. In addition to many years of travel team play in Canada, Graeme was a member of the Durham College and Ryerson University soccer teams. His Durham College team won an Ontario Provincial title and were ranked 4 th in the nation, while his Ryerson team was ranked as high as 9th in the province of Ontario. Graeme went on to play in the Canadian National Soccer League and eventually moved to Atlanta, Georgia, where he worked as Director of Coaching at Carl E. Sanders YMCA. After moving to Florida, he assumed the role of Sports Director at the South Dade YMCA and was the Assistant Varsity Coach at Palmer Trinity School. At Cutler Ridge Soccer Club, Graeme spent four years as a Head Coach and Director of the Transition program before being offered the position of Director of Coaching.
 
Graeme is excited to join the ALBION family and increase the club’s ability to offer opportunities to South Florida’s youth soccer players. Graeme holds a USSF A License, Director of Coaching Certificate, National Youth License and has been a Florida ODP Head Coach for the past four years.
